Join us for National Train Day!! The West Florida Railroad Museum contains L&N and Frisco railroad historical items, artifacts, and information boards in addition to the on campus static displays. The Museum has an L&N bay window Caboose, a Frisco Caboose, and a refurbished heavyweight Dinning Car which are available to tour by Museum patrons. Also on grounds are a flatcar, boxcar, heavyweight Business Car (Museum archives) plus various railroad buildings acquired from the L&N and Frisco railroads. Inside the Freight House are numerous displays of railroad items. The Depot also has a refurbished Ticket Office, Baggage Room, Waiting Room, and a small Gift Shop. The Museum is adjacent to the CSX mainline, which was the old L&N mainline in years past.

A large garden railroad is also available to walk around and see garden trains operating. Around the garden railroad tracks is the Riding Train which the kids can ride.
