The Southeastern Region, NMRA will hold its Winter 2021 Board of Directors meeting February 27, 2021.

The meeting will be held via Zoom.  All members are invited to attend, but the meeting is limited to the first 100 participants.

Check the special meeting eBlast for access information. The eBlast will be sent Monday, February 22.

New to Zoom or need assistance?  Here are some tips for attending the meeting:

1. Test your microphone and video (if you have it) prior to joining the meeting so issues can be worked out ahead of time. 
2. When joining the meeting, check to see that your microphone is muted to minimize disruptions to any discussion that may be going on when you join. 
3. If you have a question during the meeting, please hold it until such time that the president or moderator opens the floor for questions. When asking questions, please raise your hand to be recognized or use Zoom's "raise your hand" feature. It may take some time to recognize individuals, please exercise patience. 
4. If you need help with Zoom prior to the meeting, email meeting host Mark McAllister at mlmcallister@gmail.com. or call 423-653-7487.  Mark will try to help you before the meeting starts. Please do so before the day of the meeting.  Mark will not be available for assistance the day of the meeting.  
5. President Larry Burkholder, MMR will send out the agenda ahead of the meeting via email as he has previously done.
