  2. A member will be considered current for online voting if the member is current on the most recent NMRA roster prior to the opening of the voting period.  If you renew your membership after the roster is received, you cannot vote online.
  3. The elections system lets you vote once.  Once you complete electronic voting, additional attempts to vote will be rejected by the elections system.
  4. If you vote electronically, then send a paper ballot, the electronic vote will be counted.  The paper ballot will not be counted.
  5. Electronic voting closes two weeks prior to the annual meeting.
  6. If you do not use email or wish to receive a paper ballot, paper ballots will be provided in the Spring 2016 edition of the SouthErneR as well as on the website for download.
